Will YouTube Downgrade My Insta360 X4 Video?

YouTube is going to do it’s own thing and compromise / downgrade the quality, but you might as well render it and upload it with the highest resolution and bitrate you can– without extrapolation.

According to YouTube’s recommendations, YouTube would like you to upload 8K 24-30 fps video at a bitrate between 80 Mbps- 160 Mbps, and 8K  48-60 fps video at a bitrate between 120 Mgbs to 240 Mbps. Therefore, 200 Mbps seems like a good rate.
